Guild rules:

Recruitment

If you want to join TAMG, check our recruitment forum and see if we are recruiting your class. Fill out the form, and post it.

Behaviour

Treat your guildmates with courtesy and respect.

Be ready to give, and receive advice; we're all here to learn.

Do not scam. Conduct trade honestly both inside and outside the guild.

Do not bot.

Do not spam or spout abuse on vent, /raid or /guild.

Do not cause drama.

Raiding

Sign up to raids using the in-game calendar. We will take people who have signed up in preference to those who have not. Signing up does not guarantee you a place in the raid.

You may not, without express permission from an officer, attend progress raids with other guilds or PUGs with your main. If you are unsure what raids we're progressing in at present, ask an officer.

Come to raids prepared. This means repair, get flasks, pots and buff food.

We expect you to take care over your gear, enchanting and gemming to the highest reasonable degree.

You must have ventrilo to come raiding. No vent, no raid.

You must have Deadly Boss Mods (or equivalent) and Omen threat meter.

Officers start and lead progress raids, nobody else. Anyone can start or PUG any non-progress raid.

In 10-man instances, loot is distributed by roll.

In 25-man instances, we use the EPGP loot system. Please read the post in Announcements about this.

Mains bidding on main-spec gear have loot priority over alts. Alts bidding on main-spec gear have priority over mains bidding on off-spec gear.

Your alt/main status is determined by your current rank. If you want this changed, consult an officer before the raid. You may change alt/main status only once per major content release, and only at the end of the weekly lockout (Tuesday evenings).

If you have to leave during a raid, please give at least 30 minutes notice, and if possible find a replacement for yourself.

Imposters

We advise giving your account details to nobody. You may not have a friend play for you during a raid. Doing this without telling the raid leader constitutes a serious offense.

Punishment

If you are on trial, one serious offense or three minor offenses will earn you a kick. If you are a grunt, we'll talk about things like grown-ups.

If you rage-quit the guild, or leave as a 'joke', your EPGP will not be recoverable. You will receive the same 300GP loyalty bonus upon return as everyone else.
